Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order within 15 minutes of placing the order.

To request a cancellation, please contact Nova Marketplace as soon as possible at novamarketplace754@gmail.com or (310) 844-8576 and provide your order number.

If the cancellation request is received within the 15-minute cancellation window, Nova Marketplace will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

After the 15-minute cancellation window has passed, cancellation is not guaranteed because the order may have entered processing or fulfillment.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may instead request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
